It is time for the church to renew the electoral roll. This is not a political requirement but a list of those wishing to be associated with St Mary's Church Sandbach whether part of the regular congregation or the more occasional participant.

Why should I be on the electoral roll?

Being on the electoral roll entitles you to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (PCC AGM), allows you to have for example your children baptized at the church, or get married in the church. It also allows you to be a voting member of the Church of England and so help to ensure that all the synodical councils of the Church are fully representative of its members.

What do I have to provide?

You are only required to give your name, address, a declaration (as a tick in a box), your signature and the date.

By when?

Please return the forms as soon as possible but at the latest 17th March 2019
